Please also take note that Urquhart Clinic does NOT direct bill, and Urquhart Clinic is not set up to take on ICBC or WCB patients, if you are an ICBC or WBC patient please contact the clinic to cancel your appointment.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

less than 24 hour notice 1st: 50% of original service booked

less than 24 hour notice 2nd: 75% of original service booked

less than 24 hour notice 3rd: 100% of original service booked

No shows with no communications: 100% of original service booked

All outstanding cancellation fees/no show fees must be paid before the next booked appointment. appointments booked online and no showed will be charged to the credit card on file
